- Delivery within Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. Shipping to all regions of the Kingdom and the Gulf countries is via SMSA Express and Aramex .
Shipping fees
- The shipping fee is a fixed 26 Saudi Riyals for all regions within the Kingdom and the Gulf countries - regardless of the location.
⏱️ Delivery time
- The order will be prepared and shipped within 5 to 7 business days .
- Friday is not counted as a working day.
- During shopping seasons such as Ramadan, National Day, and Black Friday, delivery may be delayed due to high pressure on shipping companies.
Modification or Cancellation Policy
- The shipment cannot be cancelled or the order modified after it has been delivered to the shipping company.
- If any modification or refund is required, this will only be done after:
- Customer receives shipment
- Or return the shipment to the store warehouse if it is not received.
Track order
- A text message will be sent to the number registered in the order containing a link to track the shipment .
- If you do not receive the message, you can contact us via the store's WhatsApp to obtain the tracking number.
