Return and Exchange Policy - Pro Snickers

At Pro Snickers , we are committed to providing high-quality products and a safe and easy shopping experience. However, we offer the flexibility to return and exchange items when needed, subject to the following conditions:

  • Replacement: You can request a replacement within 7 days of receipt .
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with full packaging .
  • The customer bears the shipping costs for replacement.
  • Exchange requests will not be accepted after the deadline.

Return:

  • Available within 3 days of receipt .
  • The amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping fees .
  • The refund will be made to the same payment method within 48 hours (or according to the bank's policy).

Admission requirements:

  • The product must be in new and unused condition , with the original box and bags .
  • You must contact us in advance to confirm the product's eligibility for return or exchange.

Modification or Cancellation Policy:

  • The shipment cannot be cancelled or the order modified after it has been delivered to the shipping company.
  • If any modification or refund is required, this will only be done after:
  • The customer receives the shipment , or
  • Return the shipment to the store warehouse if it is not received.

In case of not receiving the shipment:

  • It will be returned to the warehouse , and can be resent after paying the shipping fee again.
  • If a shipment is stopped by the shipping company, we provide the necessary support or direct the customer to follow up directly.
